Our Sample Kit contains various tag sizes in all of our current color choices.  Each tag is engraved with
its size and color.  We have used our various font styles for this engraving an effort to give you a first
hand representation of each style.  Please note that the codes for the font choices are as follows:  R3 -
Roman 3-line text, R2 - Roman 2-line text, V2 - Victorian text, S2 - Script 2-line, S7 - Fancy Script.  
These styles can also be viewed under our "Fonts & Colors" page.       
You do not have to complete this form to receive a kit, simply note it in your next order in our online
