Following the loss of Michelle's mother, Pat; Michelle began to dream of a way to carry on what her mother and grandparents had begun with their own business, a sense of heritage and tradition. Quality and Customer Service were two of the most important things that Michelle had learned over the years working with her family. Armed with the experience and knowledge of what needed to be done, Michelle still needed a better foundation. It was not until Michelle met Shawn that things began to fall into place. Bit by bit, accumulating machinery and materials, World of Awards & Gifts began to emerge. This is our story, well at least the beginning.
